Inmate Mont worked as a feeder on the unit, which means he had to have positive behaviour for a minimum of thirty days.

Officer Johnstone alleged that he was assaulted by inmate White during feeding, when he intentionally knocked his coffee and milk off the feeder hatch in his direction. Inmate White explained that he threw his coffee because he is coming off of heroin. As a mitigating factor, I considered him being dope sick. He entered custody about six days ago and it was apparent in the hearing that he was unwell. He is still under Covid droplet protocols which means his access to support staff is limited.
Frequent flyer
Someone who is regularly incarcerated. Also, another way of saying, they have been here before and will return again soon (e.g., due to failing to comply with conditions of release).
Officer McDonald advised in the sixteen years that he has known inmate Wolfe, it has become apparent to him when he is exhibiting mental health symptoms, and that his mental health is deteriorating.
Inmate Robert is twenty-years old and has been in the correctional system since he was twelve.
Security Officer (S/O) Sergio observed inmate Klein as he smashed the telephone multiple times, and then, when he made his way to his cell, he slammed the door shut and repeatedly threw the television against the door. Inmate Klein said he was frustrated while on the phone because he couldn’t reach a housing support service. He is going to be released from custody this upcoming Saturday and hasn’t secured housing. He resides on a Complex Needs Unit and on the date of this charge allegation he received a CGI-C rating of 6 (out of 7) indicating that he is “severely ill.” He is feeling anxious about being released, especially about seeing his children again.
