I am a human rights and equity consultant with an interdisciplinary background in law and sociology. My lived experience brings a unique lens to complex institutional work. My approach is decolonial, trauma-informed, and grounded in justice.
I help individuals and organizations create inclusive, culturally aware environments where equity and human rights are embedded in practice.

I help develop and implement tailored equity action plans with expert guidance

I conduct legal and policy research and analysis to identify best practices in equity, decolonization, and inclusion, and support with their integration

I guide and support leadership and teams with identifying and implementing changes to policies, messaging, and processes to promote systemic equity

I advise on non-adversarial and restorative justice approaches to address workplace conflict and discrimination
Land acknowledgement
I acknowledge that my work takes place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. I invite you to take a moment to reflect on whose land you are living and working on. If you don’t know, I encourage you to research and learn more.
