Officer Cambie explained that she went into inmate Codie’s cell in segregation in order to assist her in taking off her institutional clothing and replace them with a Q15 harm reduction smock, in accordance with suicide prevention and self-harm protocols. Q15s require that inmate Codie be monitored by health care every 15-minutes. Because she is under enhanced supervision, she is also under camera.
Inmate Viola remains under Q15s, on self-harm protocols, and has a CGI-C rating of 5 indicating he is experiencing obvious symptoms of a mental disorder. He is taking his antipsychotic medication.
