While in the yard, Officer Kim heard a drone flying above prompting him to call a code yellow. The drone appeared to contain a blue package attached to a string. He then gave direction to the inmates to walk away from the area and gather in one corner of the yard. When the package dropped, inmate Cody ran and picked up the boat and distributed the contents to three inmates.
